The Maryland House, located in downtown Rehoboth Beach, is a lovingly maintained family home with 3 delightful cottages. Dating to the 1920's, the house features fine architectural detail of the period. The house is furnished with a mix of antiques and contemporary pieces.

     Maryland House is perfectly suited for family vacations, family reunions and business retreats. Located 1 1/2 blocks from the Atlantic Ocean and boardwalk, the main house features 6 bedrooms and 3 full baths. The beach, restaurants and shops are within an easy 1-2 block walk.

     The house sleeps 16. There are 3 queen beds, 1 double, 6 twins and 1 bunk bed. A spacious living room with fireplace and piano is augmented with a sunny breakfast room, large dining room with a beautiful antique oak table, fully equipped kitchen and enclosed front porch.

     The Main House is available for weekly rentals from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Shorter stays are available at other times with a minimum two-night stay. Some holiday weekends require a three-night minimum.

The Maryland House also offers three cottages. Two 2-bedroom cottages accommodate up to four guests each. The Retreat offers an enclosed porch with loveseat and chairs. The Loft is the second story of the back cottage. It features a screened-in porch nestled in the trees. The Hideaway is an efficiency, perfect for two. It has a half-bath and access to the outside shower. The Retreat and The Loft are available for weekly rentals from Memorial Day to Labor Day.  The Hideaway is available as a weekly or seasonal rental from Memorial Day to Labor Day. The Retreat and The Loft are available year-round with a 2-night minimum stay in the off-season. Shorter stays in the spring and fall are available with a 2-night minimum.

All rates are subject to a 3% rental tax charged by the City of Rehoboth Beach. Refundable security deposits are required for all rentals.
